We recently enjoyed a stay at Eagle Hammock RV FamCamp, and found it to be a peaceful oasis in the heart of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, in Camden County, Georgia. The park is situated on a wooded 220-acre lakefront property, and it offers a variety of amenities to RVers, including full hookups, laundry facilities, a dump station, a playground, and a community center.
The park is also close to a variety of attractions, including the St. Marys Submarine Museum, Cumberland Island National Seashore, and the Golden Isles of Georgia.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or a basecamp for exploring the area, Eagle Hammock RV Park is a great option. The park and staff were great and there's plenty to do while you're there.
